Aleesha Young established herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the final quarter of 2010s. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born into an athletic family. Although her father was a bodybuilder Aleesha's siblings were involved in activities like ice hockey. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer and basketball prior to when she got into fitness at 15. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014 after she won the NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete with a 9th-place finish. She maintained a ninth-place finish in 2015. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha came in at 6th in her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has been steadily growing and, in 2019, she brought home her first ever pro title, the Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS performance was in 2020. She placed in fourth place. The "World's Most Strongest Mom" has been taking a wellness break.
